ES10ZE控制器是一款價格便宜、體積小巧而功能強大的電動馬達控制系統，適合應用於顯微鏡光學中Z軸的對焦擴展(Extended Focus)或影像堆疊、層切拍照(Z-Stack Image Acquisition)等Z軸對焦系統的機構自動化控制整合應用。 控制器內建顯示螢幕，可以即時顯示馬達的座標位置，可獨立控制裝置以便與其他電控設備一起快速移動對焦位置或調整移動速度，另提供手動對焦旋鈕，可手動微調對焦操作便於尋找精確的對焦面。
本系統可與Nikon, Olympus, Zeiss與Leica等知名廠牌的顯微鏡整合，安裝於倒立顯微鏡、正立顯微鏡與立體顯微鏡等Z軸的調焦輪機構上。針對定位精度較嚴苛的應用，ES10ZE可支援編碼器做精度回饋補償，確保在精度和準度方面達到最佳狀態。
