OUTLINE >> MTP
MTP 高剛性壓電致動器，為內部預加載壓電開迴路位移裝置(Internally Preloaded Piezoelectric Open Loop Translation Device)，可實現105μm 位移並具備極高解析度。
MTP 系列致動器擁有極高剛性設計，能產生高達1000N 阻擋力(MTP-15)，可承受最大 10kg (MTP-15) 的 Z 軸負載，適用於高負載精密運動應用。
標準操作範圍內，可透過0V 至 120VDC 高壓驅動器(HV Amplifier) 進行控制，若需要更大行程，則可使用-20V 至 120VDC 的高壓驅動器以擴展其運動範圍。
若需要小型化與閉迴路控制，MTP 可搭配Queensgate Instruments 位置測量系統(Position Measurement System) 進行運作，該系統提供電容式位置感測(Capacitive Position Sensing) 以實現次奈米級精度，並允許感測器獨立安裝於固定裝置的任意適合位置。
