NPS-XY-100D 奈米級雙軸定位平台採用壓電掃描與彈性導引(Piezo Scanned Flexure Guided)設計，內建電容式位置感測器(Capacitive Position Sensors)，具備次奈米解析度(Sub-Nanometer Resolution)與可重複性。
經有限元素分析(FEA)優化的彈性導引機構，可將寄生角運動抑制至小於25微弧度(<25 μrad)，確保高純度的運動精度。獨特的等靜態安裝系統(Isostatic Mounting System)能有效釋放安裝應力，並以平台中心作為坐標參考點。
NPS-XY-100D 採用鋁合金(Aluminum)材質，提供 XY-100 系列中最佳解析度與最快的動態響應，同時具備高性價比。其四角安裝設計(4 Corner Mounting)允許簡單安裝，適用於多種應用環境。
