INTRODUCTION >> NPS-Z-500B
NPS-Z-500B-UHV 長行程 500 微米放大致動器，專為超高真空 (UHV) 環境設計，並可在80K 低溫條件下實現超過 100μm 閉迴路行程。
該平台採用電容式位置感測器(Capacitive Positioning Sensors) 進行閉迴路控制，確保卓越的解析度、可重複性、剛性與穩定性。
先進的彈性導引設計(Flexure Design) 使該裝置具備極高的線性度，並能顯著降低離軸誤差(Off-Axis Errors)，確保運動純度。
此外，該平台具備高共振頻率(High Resonant Frequency)，進一步提升其動態表現與長時間穩定性，確保高精密運動需求的極致表現。
