WP120A 晶圓定位系統 提供毫秒級響應時間和高帶寬，特別適用於高效能處理需求。此平台支援最大 300 毫米（12 英寸）晶圓，並可在承載最高 8 公斤的負載下，提供卓越的性能，適用於重型晶圓夾具。
該平台採用電容式定位傳感器，實現奈米級精度的位移測量與閉迴路反饋，並運用柔性引導系統提供無摩擦、穩定的運動。在 120 μm 的閉迴路範圍內，系統可提供快速響應和穩定的操作時間，並搭配 Queensgate 的數位閉迴路控制器，確保精準的控制。
