SG7 Particle Analysis Test Calibration Slide
Calibration Test Slide for Particle Sizing with 200 particles of various shapes and sizes.
Each of the 200 shapes is numbered so that comparison can be done with particles in the specimen, and the details logged and communicated. Is also a useful tool for calibration and operator training. The particle sizes range from 971um2 to 42308um2. The image area is approximately 10mm x 1mm. A Type Test Report that gives size and area information of all 200 particle shapes can be supplied - example pages from this report are shown in the images. These are also a number of particles that are not numbered and don’t appear in the test report.
Graticules Optics have facilities to manufacture random and regular patterns for the calibration of particle sizing and counting systems. Typically these may comprise regular shaped features of different sizes so that the imaging software has known reference sizes to set it's calibration. Alternatively, they may have a field area populated with 'random' shaped and sized features. Contact us with your requirements.
DCI20 Cleanliness Assessment Calibration and Reference Slide
Calibration Slide with approx. 8,000 particles of different sizes and shapes, evenly dispersed in a 45mm diameter circle. Including a measurement report.
Calibration and Reference slide aimed at the validation of measurements performed by image analysis instruments for ISO16232, VDA 19 and other cleanliness assessment methods on 47mm membrane or paper filters. This slide may also be used to validate particle size and shape analysis for objects between 10µm to 1000µm.
Main Features:
- More than 8,000 particles randomly generated of various shapes and sizes dispersed in a 45mm diameter circle
- White media slide with similar reflectance to 47mm Paper Filters
- 7 Calibration Rectangles located at the bottom end of the slide, nominal values: 4000µm, 2000µm, 1000µm, 500µm, 250µm, 125µm, and 50µm.
